Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@wholelifeaftercare.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
